General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bd baje platform and all services included within it. These Terms constitute a legal agreement — between bd baje ("we", "platform") on one side and the user ("you", "member") on the other.

By visiting the website, creating an account, or starting to use any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the service.

bd baje reserves the right to amend or change these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of publication. We recommend reading this page regularly.

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all services provided through web browsers, mobile browsers, and bd baje's Android and iOS apps. Casino games, sports betting, live casino, virtual sports, and all other sections are covered under these Terms.

Account Registration

A valid account must be created to use services on bd baje. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

• The registrant must be at least 21 years of age.
• Each individual may create only one account.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same device is prohibited.
• The name, mobile number and other information provided at registration must be truthful.

2.2 Identity Verification

bd baje may request additional information or documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. This is a necessary step taken to prevent fraud and protect members.

2.3 Updating Information

If any information registered on the account changes, the member must update it themselves. bd baje will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

Age Verification

bd baje strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. No person under the age of 21 may create an account or use any service on this platform.

If the age declaration provided at registration is found to be false, the account will be closed immediately and all funds in the account may be forfeited. bd baje reserves the right to request a government-issued ID or other documents for age verification.

Account Security

It is the member's responsibility to keep their account username and password completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bd baje's support team immediately. bd baje will not be liable for any transactions or bets that occur before the suspicious activity is reported.

4.2 OTP and Verification Codes

bd baje uses mobile OTP or email verification for security. Never share any OTP or verification code with anyone — no bd baje representative will ever ask for it.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount on bd baje is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Each withdrawal is generally processed within 1 hour.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Accepted methods for deposits and withdrawals are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major banks). No other methods outside this list are currently accepted.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• Deposits must be sent only from an account registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits via third parties are not accepted and may result in account cancellation.
• If deposited funds are not added to your balance, contact support with the reference number.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Identity verification must be complete for a withdrawal to be processed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity is detected.
• Funds earned from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 06 for details).

Bonus Terms

bd baje's welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable after the wagering requirements are met.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,500. To withdraw the bonus, ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 in wagers must be completed.

6.2 Bonus Usage Restrictions

• The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
• While a bonus is active, restrictions may apply to certain games or betting sections.
• The list of games designated by bd baje will apply when calculating wagering.
• A maximum bet limit will apply to bets placed with bonus funds.

6.3 Bonus Cancellation Rights

In cases of fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms, bd baje reserves the right to cancel any bonus and related winnings.

Betting Rules

All bets on bd baje are considered final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed unless bd baje itself decides to do so under special circumstances.

7.1 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football and other sports, if a match is cancelled or postponed, bd baje will settle the bet according to the applicable rules. In certain cases, the original stake may be returned.

7.2 Casino Games

Casino game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). If a round is incomplete due to a technical fault, bd baje will review and make a decision.

7.3 Maximum Win Limit

bd baje reserves the right to maintain a set maximum payout limit on specific games or betting events. If this limit is exceeded, only the amount up to the limit will be paid out.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the bd baje platform. Breaching these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture:

1. Creating or operating multiple accounts.
2. Registering with a false identity or fake information.
3. Coordinated betting with the intent to exploit the bonus system ("bonus hunting").
4. Using fraudulent software, bots or automation tools.
5. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
6. Attempting to influence or manipulate game outcomes.
7. Placing bets on behalf of a third party or using their funds.
8. Attempting unauthorised access to bd baje's systems or software.

Account Suspension

bd baje reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice, particularly when:

• Prohibited activities listed in Section 08 are detected.
• Identity verification is not completed satisfactorily.
• Falsification is proven during age verification.
• An investigation is ongoing for security-related reasons.

9.1 Suspension at Member's Request

A member may also voluntarily apply to have their account temporarily closed. bd baje provides this facility as part of its responsible gaming policy. For more details, read our Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

Liability and Limitations

bd baje makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, however service may be disrupted in certain situations — such as technical maintenance, server issues or third-party service failures.

10.1 Limitation of Liability

bd baje will not be liable in the following cases:

• Bets lost or missed due to internet disconnection.
• Third-party access to an account due to the member's own negligence.
• Payment delays or failures due to incorrect information provided.
• Errors or delays by third-party payment service providers.

10.2 Force Majeure

bd baje cannot be held responsible for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, pandemics, government directives or any other circumstances beyond its control.

Privacy and Data Protection

11.1 Data Sharing Policy

Members' personal information is not sold to third parties. However, information may be shared with service providers as required for legal obligations, fraud investigations or payment processing.

11.2 Cookies & Tracking

bd baje uses cookies and similar technologies to improve service quality and analyze user experience. By continuing to use the site, you are considered to have given your consent to the use of cookies.

Changes to Terms

bd baje may change, amend, or cancel any part of these terms at any time. Members will be notified of important changes via email or through the platform.

If you continue using the service after changes are published, you are considered to have agreed to the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, please request to close your account.

13.1 Complaint Process

1. Send the details of your dispute via live chat or email.
2. Attach the relevant transaction ID, screenshots, or evidence.
3. bd baje will review the dispute and inform you of the decision.
4. If you are not satisfied with the decision, you may submit a request for reconsideration.

13.2 Final Decision

The decision of bd baje's management authority will be considered final. All dispute resolutions are made with the member's best interest in mind.
